“Feed & Seed Co., located in the new Warehouse at Judson Mill (701 Easley Bridge Rd., Ste. 6010), officially opened the doors to its Food Innovation Hub on Sat., April 9.
The 18,000-sqft space features:
- A market (open Tues.-Sat., 8 a.m.-5:30 p.m.) with fresh produce like locally-grown carrots, prepared meals, and a variety of grocery items like stone-ground grits, jam, and laundry soap
- A café equipped with a commercial kitchen that serves breakfast(8-11 a.m.) + lunch (11 a.m.-2 p.m.) Tues.-Sat. — we’re talking waffles with fresh fruit skewers and a buffalo chicken salad wrap with grilled chicken
- A warehouse space for processing things like new product shipments + FoodShare boxes
- The Hayne Hipp Community Room for classes + meeting space for local organizations and farmers”
