FoodShare is an affordable Fresh Food Box program that makes it easier for families to eat healthy on a daily basis. Boxes are filled with a variety of fruits and vegetables, and available for pick-up twice monthly at various locations in Pickens, Oconee, and Abbeville counties. Boxes can be purchased for $20 each with credit/debit or $5 each SNAP/EBT.
All boxes must be pre-ordered and pre-paid prior to pick up, see FAQ below for details.

FAQs
Each FoodShare box contains 10 to 12 varieties of fruits and vegetables, as well as a recipe card with meal ideas based on what’s in that week’s box!
Each box is $20 (credit or debit) or $5 SNAP/EBT.
Fresh Food boxes are available for pick up twice per month at various locations.
Generally no, but we source local and regional produce when we can! Due to different growing seasons and limited local availability of certain types of fruits and vegetables, the box will contain items not grown in the Upstate. We cannot guarantee that the products in the box are 100% organic.
All boxes must be pre-ordered and pre-paid online through our website by the Thursday prior to each pick up. To place an order, choose your payment method. If you are a new customer paying with SNAP/EBT, you will be prompted to create an account.
If you pay with a credit or debit card, there is no limit for how many boxes you can order.
If you pay with SNAP/EBT, you may order a maximum of two boxes per day.
We currently have pick up sites in Pickens, Oconee and Abbeville counties. Box distribution occurs twice per month on designate day and time for each site. See “box pick up locations” and the “order and pick up calendar” for more information.
Late orders will be applied to the distribution date immediately following the upcoming distribution.
Pre-payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you do not pick up your box within the designated pick up window, it will be donated.
