Feed & Seed is honored to rent the Hayne Hipp Community Room (1,744 sq.ft.) for the use of the community. This document provides a summary of pricing and services Feed & Seed can offer providing a full-service meeting space.
Rental Fees
Fees are for the Hayne Hipp Community Room at Feed & Seed Co.’s Food Innovation Hub as of January 31st, 2022.
Availability: Monday through Saturday, with special requests granted.
Price: For up to a 4 hour block, the cost is $125. A 4 to 7 hour block is $250 and an 7 hour + block is $300.**
**Starting March 1st, 2023 the cost will be as follows: Full Day: $400 non profit rate, $450 for profit rate (8+ hours); Half Day: $200 non profit, $225 for profit (up to 4 hours). Bundle pricing: book and pay upfront for 3 or more to receive a 10% discount.
Capacity Limit: ~100 people.
Payment and Reservation
100 percent (100%) of the room rental fee is required to reserve the room. In the event of cancellation, payments made in advance are 50% refundable if notification is provided within 14 days prior to the meeting. The responsible party will be invoiced in full for any remaining balances following the event. Feed & Seed requires that room rental applications be made at least 7 days prior to the meeting date.
Equipment and Furnishings Included in the Rental
Seating for up to fifty (50) people (Social distancing currently in place);
Twelve (12) (5’ x 2’) working tables providing set-up flexibility;
Two (2) couches with two (2) charging stations each.
One (1) side table with two (2) chairs;
Three (3) ottomans;
Kitchenette (sink, serving countertop, cabinetry, undercounter ice maker and refrigerator);
Restrooms, water-bottle filling station, and hand sanitizer station;
Projector available upon request. (Feed & Seed’s projector has an HDMI port. The Renter will be responsible for ensuring the HDMI cable works with their system ahead of time, as well as providing any additional materials needed to set up their A/V equipment. At this time we do not have a full A/V Support Service.)
Cleaning
The Renter is responsible for cleaning the room after use. All trash should be put in trash receptacles, floors clean from large debris, the room furniture should be in the same condition as found.
