- Add oats, 1 tsp cinnamon, 2 tbsp coconut oil, honey, salt, and water to a food processor* and blend well. Add mixture to a non-stick pan, flatten with a spatula, and cook on medium for 3-4 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent burning. Take the crumble out of the pan and set aside to cool.
- Sauté the peaches with cinnamon and 1/2 tbsp coconut oil for 1 minute. Cover with a lid and let cook for additional 4-5 minutes or until peaches are soft.
- Add the peaches and the crumble to a bowl and enjoy with Greek yogurt.
