Our DHEC-certified commercial kitchen provides an ideal environment for local food makers ready to grow. Whether you’re scaling up from Cottage Law production, launching wholesale distribution, expanding your catering business, or needing a reliable commissary kitchen, our facility offers the equipment, flexibility, and support to help you take the next step.

Flexible Access & Usage

Kitchen availability varies based on scheduling, and renters must complete all setup, production, and cleanup within their reserved time block. The space is designed to accommodate everything from meal prep and batch cooking to specialty food production and catering operations.

If selling directly to a wholesaler, additional documentation is required:

  • RVC Permit

  • Wholesale Distribution License

Renter Requirements

To ensure safety and compliance, all renters must provide:

  • Valid business license

  • DHEC Permit Number & most recent DHEC inspection report

  • Certificate of Insurance (COI)

  • ServSafe Manager’s Certificate

  • ServSafe-certified manager onsite during production

  • Completed SC DHEC 1769 form (specific to the Feed & Seed Community Kitchen) with payment receipt

  • Inspection performed at the Feed & Seed facility
