Virtual Plant-Based Cooking Demo 4/12/23

Join us for a virtual healthy cooking demonstration from 3 to 3:30pm. We’ll be showcasing our chef’s talents at making plant-based meals and explain some of the health benefits of eating fruits and veggies! This time around we’ll be making Local Strawberry Salad. It’ll be made with local greens, local strawberries, pickled red onions, pistachios, feta cheese, dried cranberries, orange supremes, topped with citrus vinaigrette.
